This class focuses on self-care, reducing stress in the mind and releasing tension in the body.
You will begin with the hammock at hip height for a meditation, warm-up and full inversion. Then, you will lower the hammock to your shin level and drop deeper into your joints and connective tissue with the assistance of the swing.
At the conclusion of class there is always a relaxation meditation. Our hope is you leave feeling renewed and refreshed!
